There’s no need to worry about too much cardio or difficult movements. And we don’t subscribe to “no pain no gain” in Jitsfit Core. This program is designed for everyone, at every level of mobility and fitness.  

Absolute Beginners

Yes...you can! You can start today at almost any level of physical capability.

We get it.  Some of us haven't worked out or exercised in a very long time.  And some have never been into exercise.  But that can change and we'll make it easy.  
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services says everyone can benefit from just 30 minutes, 5 days a week of moderate physical activity.

Fitness Enthusiasts

Jitsfit CORE benefits those actively engaged in physical fitness. 
Many times training mistakes, weak technique or bad habits can cause muscles to work inefficiently and may lead to injury. 

Jitsfit CORE helps even the most fit of fitness enthusiasts to improve their movement patterns, technique, and correct muscle imbalances to improve performance and overall training safety.

Some people will benefit from a minimal amount of Jitsfit CORE “tuning” while many others may never want to exceed the demands of Jitsfit CORE. 

It’s all good. It’s all about you and what you want, need, and are interested in.  And let’s face it… you can always move into another program to try it out and stay, or return to jitsfit CORE any time.  What have you got to lose! 

Easy to Moderate Cardio

Even elite athletes can spend up to 90% of their cardio training in this range.  You will not burn out from the cardio training in Jitsfit CORE, No matter your level of training! 

Targeted Exercises

Exercise and movement patterns and techniques are geared toward you, or your group’s ability.  If you’re new, recovering or returning, your training will be a adjusted to be less intense.  If your fitness is a bit higher- well then get ready to work!

Individual Techniques

Although JITS for LIFE is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Jitsfit CORE does not use partner drills.  It’s all about you and your comfort. If you’re interested, you can progress to a partner based program when you’re ready.
