Complete Adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, 3 days a week. The focus is on mobility, fitness, and self protection. All training will help less athletic and older adults improve their fitness and mobility levels. All classes are based on self protection with an awareness of weapons and attack scenarios that are not regularly considered in competition focused jiu jitsu.

Try our Jiu-Jitsu classes for kids aged 7-14! Boost fitness, confidence, and self-defense skills. All skill levels catered to and classes held on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 4:45-5:45 pm. Great for homeschoolers and after-school families. Physical and mental fitness emphasized, with extra training available for those interested in competing. Join us in a fun and safe environment to enhance your children's fitness, self-esteem, and self-protection skills. See you there!
Designed for Home School and Private School kids between 6 and 14 years old. (other ages WITH COACH APPROVAL) 3 different classes that meet 2 days a week each. Kids learn important life skill s while becoming more fit, confident, and capable learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in a fun and supportive class structure. PEARL approved Community Based Instructors lead the classes.

Foundations is a group fitness program based on Practical Fitness, Jiu Jitsu and Animal Movement to improve your cardio, strength, and movement fitness levels. Incorporates TRX, floor movement, Jiu Jitsu drills and other fitness partner drills. And as with all our training, you will be provided with practical self protection trainiing to prepare you to move witih confidence on your adventures. Multiple class discount punch cards available.
Class is scheduled for 2 days a week with a workbook with homework assignment for non-class days.
The goal is to guide you to a place where you will be able to maintain an fitness programs on your own that best meets your needs and lifestyle.
