Using a combination of Practical Fitness, Animal Movement ,and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu drills and games youth will have a fun time while experiencing:

  • Improved cardio conditioning
  • Gains in full body strength

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Teens are under enormous pressures in their social and school lives in addition to the challenges of growing up.  While Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is at its core a combat sport/martial art, it is more fundamentally problem solving training. Youth who are training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu gain:

  • Self confidence
  • An ability to work through difficult challenges while under pressure
  • A realization that through dedication they can improve
  • The ability to resist bullying
  • A positive ability to protect themselves
  • A sense of responsibility
