It comes from Norse legends of women who were primarily responsible for their homes and families. But, when there was a threat to their life, family, or property they would take up their shield and sword and become a protector.

  • How to recognize a potentially dangerous situation.
  • Phases of aggression and how to be prepared for each.
  • How to identify and respond to a potential threat.
  • Strategies and tactics used to defend and escape while you’re  standing, or on the ground!
  • Concealed carry, improvised weapons and other weapon information.
  • How and when to use a tourniquet and other methods to help with a stab or gun related injury.  What first aid you should carry in your car every day.
  • What you may need to do after an attack
