This course is intended to help the rest of us. Those of us who “can’t,” “don’t want to,” or just aren’t interested in exercise.
It’s for us who aren’t getting enough physical activity and we miss out on all the great benefits of even moderate physical activity.
You know, like improved mood, potential brain benefits, and even more importantly being able to move and participate more fully in day to day living!
This course will help YOU reach the World Health Organization’s recommendation of engaging in 150 minutes of moderate activity per week.
